Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 5–11 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package in real time.

Shipping Costs Free standard shipping on all orders.

Customs & Import Fees DJOLIE ships internationally through our fulfillment partner. In rare cases, customs processing may cause slight delays. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, though these are uncommon for standard apparel orders shipped to the USA.

Delays While we always aim for the estimated delivery window, factors such as high order volume, carrier delays, or weather conditions may occasionally cause longer delivery times. If your order hasn't arrived after 20 business days, please contact us.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If the issue persists, contact us at support@djolie.com and we will open an investigation immediately.
